The night of the auction promises to be a special and celebratory event. (Understated elegance or cocktail attire.) Here’s what you can expect.

5:45 pm – Regular ticket holder registration/check-in begins (Buy tickets here.) Free drink at registration.
6:00 pm – Silent Auction and Wine Wall begin. Passed hors d’oeuvres catered by Food in Bloom – roasted cherry tomato, chevre & arugula pesto on housemade Parmesan cracker, Polpettone: chicken & basil meatballs on knotted bamboo with romesco sauce, artichoke fritter). No-host bar featuring The Commons Brewery beer and red & white wine.
7:15 pm – First table closing.
7:30 pm – Second table closing. Live entertainment by Portland’s 3 Leg Torso – eclectic and modern chamber pop music; Dinner service begins for Patrons and Sponsors; Food stations open – Szechuan Chinese noodle salad topped with grilled chicken, beef, or citrus tofu skewer; Slider Station – beef/veggie grilled sliders with housemade pickles & harissa aioli with roasted baby new potato filled with a warm asiago cheese souffle.
8:15 pm – Live Auction begins. Guest introductions; Video presentation; Intern performance; Live auction items; Intern and Cultural Exchange/Scholarship paddle raises
